Delivery

DFW Petals delivers only inside the Dallas–Fort Worth ZIP matrix on this site. You can place the order from anywhere. The recipient ZIP has to be on our list. We do not deliver nationwide and we do not wire an order to another city.

Same-day is available only when that ZIP is same-day and you order before the published cutoff (Central Time). Saturday is 1:00 p.m. CT or that ZIP’s weekday cutoff, whichever is earlier. There is no Sunday delivery on this site. There is no shop pickup. We are closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day — no delivery those days.

The delivery fee is the ZIP fee shown on the page and at checkout.

Cancel before the order is on a route — call or email us before we send the driver — and we will cancel and refund. Once the order is on a route, we may not be able to redirect or cancel.

If the recipient refuses a completed delivery, there is no refund.
